Noteworthy Concrete Design:

11,000 yards of 5000 & 7000psi in Mass Foundation. Mix needed to be pumped and have an SCC consistency in order to move through 6ft to 7ft of a highly reinforced mat with limited external consolidation.

A thorough temperature control plan was utilized to record internal and differential temperatures and to dictate the need of external temperature control methods. Concrete was placed in four pours utilizing three plants to supply the required 300-400yds/hr in the time constraints of downtown overnight road closures.
